Technical knowledge and know-how are one thing. But there's more to good training than that. This is why we prepare our upcoming professionals in special team trainings and workshops for all the challenges in their later careers. This forms their personal development as well as their team spirit. For example, excursions and team events lasting several days, informative company visits and sports events provide a comprehensive training and makes for variety. Of course our dual studies students also have the chance to spend part of their training at our location in Auburn Hills, USA. This expands their horizons, improves their language skills and their intercultural competence.
