Jung, founded in Neuenbürg in the scenic Enztal valley near Stuttgart in 1880, experienced difficulties due to the economic crisis of 1996 and finally went up for sale. Albert Weber took advantage of the opportunity and acquired the company. Jung was a great match for Weber, providing a consistent and logical enhancement in the area of drive components. The plant employs specialists for cylinder heads, gearbox housings and complex cubic parts. At the Neuenbürg location, we also develop highly advanced and complex solutions for prototype construction and custom-made designs for racing. We also produce very small series there. The Jung acquisition also marked the beginning of the international expansion of our company.
