We make a point to ensure that they assume responsibility for tasks in their internships - under the guidance of experienced employees, of course. An internship at Weber Automotive lasts three to five months. For this period of time, interns receive contracts and appropriate compensation.
As a student employee, you'll have the opportunity to incorporate theoretical knowledge into real-world projects and to delve into topics that fascinate you, while still completing your university studies. Either during the semester or between semesters – with us you'll get a wide range of hands-on glimpses into various areas of responsibility in your discipline and gain further work experience in small teams. And, of course, we will also support you in finding a topic for your bachelor's or master's thesis. Student employees receive a contract and an appropriate compensation for their time with us.
