One of our priorities in manufacturing is the machining of cylinder blocks. Years of experience and specialization has made us capable of producing for a wide range of model and layout varieties. We are capable of machining all raw materials from high-grade aluminum to magnesium and grey cast iron.

Weber Automotive is also recognized as a competent system supplier for cylinder heads – from start-up and run-out, to high-volume series production with more than 500,000 parts per year. The products range from cylinder heads for trucks and construction vehicles to complex challenges in the automobile industry where we offer fully developed cylinder heads including assembly and testing.

The crankshaft is considered by all automobile component suppliers to be one of the most sophisticated challenges in the automotive industry. With our state-of-the-art production lines, we produce up to 1,000 crankshafts per day for many renowned OEMs. As always, our target is to achieve maximum productivity with minimum defects. This concept pays off for our customers and reflects in consistent worldwide growth.

We accommodate complex cubic parts made from diverse materials with varying numbers of units and short cycle times. Due to our felxible production concept we handle this challenge every day in the production and machining of housings. Gearbox, clutch and converter housings, charger housings or components for the aircraft industry with high requirements in quality and precision – there is no limit to the diversity and application of components.

The connecting rod is an automotive componenet which is exposed to the highest stress. Our machining centers are designed to offer a wide range of products – from the compact design realized for our Weber Motor® engine to conrods for large displacement utility vehicles. Our in-house cracking machine and honing process are integrated into the production process.
